What form of payment do you take?
We gladly accept Visa and Master Card, Checks or Cash.
When can I schedule service?
On the web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We guarantee someone
will contact you within 24-48 hours to help you schedule
your appointment. You can call the office 718 735-BUGS (2847)
and speak to a customer service representative and if the
lines are busy leave a voice mail and we will contact you
shortly. Same day service is available depending on how
early you call.
Do you perform service at night or weekends?
Yes, you may have service 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Excluding
major holidays. However you can speak to a service representative
during the hours of Monday - Saturday 8-6pm.
We do provide emergency 24hr service for an additional charge
718 604-9104. Charges vary depending on scope of your pest
problem. Call for pricing.
Are the materials you use safe?
Yes they are. All chemicals / materials used are safe for
you, your children and your pets. We only use chemicals
/ materials that are State and Federally approved.
What areas do you service?
We service all 5 boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, and
Northern New Jersey.
How will I need to prepare for my service?
We recommend that you clear any contents that may block
the technician’s ability to thoroughly service your
home. It's important that we have access under all sinks,
radiators, stoves and any other area(s) that you feel may
be infected. Some services may need additional preparation.
